Oneness Events

How can the divine Oneness be seen?
In beautiful forms, breathtaking wonders,
awe-inspiring miracles?
The Tao is not obliged to present itself
in this way.

If you are willing to be lived by it, you will
see it everywhere, even in the most
ordinary things.

How we can reclaim the sacred essence of the feminine, how can we use her innate knowing to bring forth the transformation that is most needed now! There is a pressing need within ourselves and within the earth at this time to reclaim that feminine inner knowing that always was. Being together we will return to that core that is calling us.

Oneness Center in Bern, Switzerland

Deep inside every human being there is a place that connects us with our primal nature and gives us access to an inner wisdom. If individuals or groups make a connection with this inner core, they access the universal knowledge of unity and thus experience life from a broader perspective. The Oneness Center offers a space that allows us to learn how to access this simple and yet dynamic state of oneness individually and collectively, bringing it into our daily lives.

Breath and Silence—To Open up to the Big Rhythm

18. September 2010, Bern at the Oneness Center
2pm - 5pm, Seminar with Ursula Hofer

Everything in the cosmos
is based on rhythm.

-Rudolf Steiner

Every breath is unique, the rhythm of in-breath and out-breath and the pause in between is continually changing. The rhythm of breath reflects the rhythmic pulsation of all life. If we become conscious of the rhythm of breath it can communicate with us and tell us about the big rhythm of life.

The seminar is very praxis-oriented. Through meditation we connect with our innermost, silent source, where the breath arises. With various breathing and body exercises we awaken the breath and open up to its rhythm. Thus we create a space where we can experience the deeper wisdom of the breath. No prior knowledge needed.

Deep inside every human being there is a place that connects us with our primal nature and gives us access to an inner wisdom. Daoism - About the Joy of Being a Useless Being

29. October 2010, Bern at the Oneness Center
7.30pm - 9pm, Talk with Katharina Graf

For more than 5000 years the wisdom of Daoism has enlivened China and its neighboring countries. Its philosophical principles have influenced whole areas of political systems as well as medical, mathematical, astrological and spiritual teachings. They have brought about various types of nutrition science and kinetics, an outstanding form of martial art, music and fine arts as well as a culture of slowness.

The essence of Daoism has arrived in China light as a feather from heaven. There is no use in trying to grasp it with rational thinking. For that reason in this talk about Daoism the sound and flavor beyond the words will be central. With the help of Daoist stories we will try to pervade our minds in order to open up to a different reality. When this is possible, the natural joy of being alive, without effort or use, can be found.
